Services Offered
Therapy: virtual or in-person
My approach to therapy is collaborative and integrative. Drawing from a range of evidence-based modalities, I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals.
Session 1: We focus on understanding your background and life history, exploring how your past experiences may be shaping your current thoughts, emotions, and relationships.
Session 2: We clarify your goals for therapy and identify the areas you would like to focus on, creating a shared direction for our work together.
Session 3 and onward: We begin working more directly toward your goals, incorporating therapeutic approaches and activities tailored to what will be most helpful for you.
Psychological Assessment
As a clinical psychologist, I am qualified to provide formal psychological diagnoses, including:
Mood disorders (depression, bipolar disorder)
Anxiety disorders (including OCD)
Eating disorders (anorexia, binge eating)
Personality disorders
Psychotic disorders (schizophrenia)
The assessment process includes a clinical interview, standardized psychological measures, and a review of your history.
At the end of the assessment, I provide feedback on the findings and recommendations for treatment or next steps, which can be used for tailoring therapy, personal clarity, or documentation for work, school, or medical purposes.
A written report can be provided if diagnostic clarification or documentation is required.
