Results-focused therapy for
adults seeking meaningful change
Maybe you've had the insight. Done the reading. Even tried therapy before. But you're still caught in the same patterns, the same emotional loops, the same ways of relating that keep you stuck.
That gap between understanding and actually changing is exactly where I work.

HOW I WORK
Therapy that moves
you forward
Therapy isn't just about understanding your patterns. It's about changing them. In our first sessions, we'll map out what brought you here and define clear goals for your treatment.
From there, I don't follow a single rigid method. I draw from several evidence-based approaches and tailor them to what will be most effective for you.
My style is direct and warm. I'll ask real questions, notice what's happening in the room, and gently challenge you when it matters. I'm not here to simply reflect back what you already know. I'm here to help you do something different with it.
-
CBT focuses on the relationship between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. It helps individuals identify unhelpful thinking patterns and develop practical strategies to respond to challenges in more balanced and effective ways
-
AEDP is an experiential, emotion-focused therapy that helps people process difficult emotions in a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship. By working with emotional experiences as they arise, it aims to allow stuck or repressed emotions to be fully felt and then dispersed.
-
EFT helps people become more aware of, understand, and work with emotions in real time. By exploring emotions in therapy, clients can transform painful or stuck emotional patterns and develop healthier ways of responding to themselves and others.
-
IFS views the mind as made up of different “parts,” each with its own feelings, beliefs, and roles. By helping people understand and relate to these parts with curiosity and compassion, IFS supports healing and greater inner balance.
-
Mindfulness-based approaches help people develop greater awareness of their thoughts, emotions, and bodily sensations in the present moment. Builds capacity to relate differently to thoughts, emotions, and bodily experience rather than trying to eliminate them. Can support emotional regulation and well-being.
-
Existential therapy explores questions of meaning, purpose, and how we live in the face of uncertainty and mortality. It provides space to reflect on deeper existential questions that often arise during serious illness or at the end of life, including why we are here, where we come from, and what may happen after death.
-
Psychedelic preparation and integration provides psychological support before and after psychedelic experiences. This work helps individuals clarify intentions beforehand and make sense of insights, emotions, or challenges that arise afterward.
ABOUT ME
Grounded in evidence
Centred on you
I am a Clinical and Health Psychologist registered with the College of Psychologist and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario.
I completed my PhD at Toronto Metropolitan University in 2021, followed by a postdoctoral clinical research fellowship with the University Health Network, at Toronto General Hospital, which completed in 2026.
I have worked in a range of clinical and research settings supporting individuals facing emotional challenges, life transitions, and complex health conditions.
My work is grounded in both scientific evidence and a deep respect for each person’s unique life story, and inherent ability to heal and grow.
I aim to create a therapeutic environment that is thoughtful, warm, and collaborative, where clients feel safe exploring difficult emotions and experiences.
I am honoured to help support you as you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and use this to guide you in working toward a life that reflects your goals and values.
